Great Service
A few weeks ago my best friend got married and i was one of the three bridesmaids. It was a short notice wedding and the bride didn't care what we wore. I already own one of the jersey bandeaus dresses and love it so much. We decided to get those dresses and wear them differently for the wedding. We went to the American Apparel on Rush street in Chicago, IL. Sadly the dress that we wanted in yellow was not available. So the staff was very pleasant in ordering the dresses for us from the website. With the wedding only a few days away it as rather nerve racking waiting for the dresses. Then I received an order confirmation stating that one of the dresses that I had ordered was on back order. I called customer service and spoke with Kerry Cardoza. She was EXTREMELY helpful and did everything she could to make sure that we received the dresses in time. She even personally sent me an email telling me when the item was shipped. She was the most helpful customer service representatives that I have ever spoken with. I have always loved American Apparel but I will definitely be shopping at your stores more often because of this wonderful experience. And just so you know the wedding went off without a hitch. The dresses worked wonderfully and I referred everyone who complemented us to purchase one of the dresses from your store or online! Thank you so much!

Legalize LA
I wanted to write a quick note to you all at American Apparel to praise you for the work you do with the Latino and immigrant community as well as with the labor force. I am an advocate for just and dignified treatment of laborers in the apparel industry. I just wanted to say I really admire this company for having the guts and the heart that so many manufacturing companies lack. Like many of your employees, my parents and I immigrated to this country when I was 6 years old. I have made it my life goal to provide for the people back at home dignified jobs. I have recently graduated in fashion design and makes me happy to say I want to go into manufacturing. After reading about this company and their commitment to the laborers I want to say I am truly inspired. Keep doing what your doing and thank you for caring :-)

You guys are genius
You guys at american apparel are genius. You know you have a truly unique item of clothing and accessories that's high quality, durable and looks great when it comes from american apparel and it's sweatshop free!!! amazing nowadays! My favorite clothing and most complimented are from American Apparel, so thank you and keep at it :-)

First Time Shopper
I was down in Charlotte NC this past week. I have only read about your company, but never had the chance to shop there. I was walking past and when i saw the "American Appearl" store, i ran in. I was in the store shopping for a good hour. You all have awesome styles, i ended up purchasing $300 worth. I was shopping for new outfits, i was able to get everything i needed your one store. Now i have to find the closest store to Charleston WV. or start ording online. Wish there was stores like yours here in the capital city.

It's been about one and half years since I've been buying your apparel. Not once have I been disappointed about a purchase I have made! I have bought your V Necks, Vests, Scarf's, Cardigans, Glasses, and much more! Every time I shop online or go into your store I always have to buy a Deep V Neck. The point of this is that I really enjoy looking fashionable in your clothing. Also the fit of your items are perfect! You're the best company I have ever shopped at. Thank you for your time.

I just wanted to say thanks for making such great products. I think half my wardrobe is from american apparel. I love the v-necks and hoodies. They are such a good fit and I love slipping them on in the morning. Thanks so much. Can't wait to shop some more.

The Clothes & The Diversity
First of all, I've been wearing AA for so many years now and I'm glad to say that the quality has NEVER changed. It's always been top notch and I can count on it for anything. I'm especially in love the the Flex Fleece hoodies. As well, I love your online store because of the wide range of models you have. Both guys and girls model equally well and I love how you have all different ethnicities of people. It broadcasts to such a large market and that''e one of the many great things about the company.
