Mustard Yellow!
Forest! Navy! Making our complete
color set: Red,
Royal, Silver,
Asphalt, Creme, Dark
Brown, Black,
Mustard Yellow,
Forest, and Navy. Though voting is
officially over, you
can still fantasize
about what other
colors you'd like to
see in the future.
(I'm personally
still pulling for
hot pink.)

| I would personally find it appalling to pay anything more than $60 for a pair of jeans, be them distressed or odd colors. I think $40-$50 is the magic price point. $30 ideal. |

| yeah hot pink! hot pink hot pink hot. i'm so glad mustard yellow won, although all in all i don't think much of the colours you've chosen. we need hot pink... and also burnt orange... and fluorescent yellow... please don't tell me the neeew slim skirt is going to be in those same boring colours- i mean, give me one good reason why i would want to wear a creme skirt. anyway if i wanted a creme skirt i would go to gap. except i don't want a creme skirt, i want a FLUORESCENT PINK one, and a fluorescent yellow one, and a burnt orange one. the end. |

Checkered pants are sorta overdone with the preppy, wannabe skater crowd. I think stripes be a fantastic idea, though. I want some blue pants with navy stripes.
I cannot wait for these things to go online. I want a pair of every color, but I'll have to settle on two or three. |

| i want a pair of every color. for free (size 30) if not it would still be nice if they would get online. the suspense at the question of a cost is killing me. perhaps i will model them and send in the photos. i dont like checkered pance though. creme skirts on the other hand are just fine madam. |

| what are people getting so stressed about? since when has american apparel been some kind of 'budget' store? i thought the point of it was that the clothes are made without sweatshops and are fucking hot? if you think it's too expensive, go to H&M; not only are the jeans incredibly cheap but so is the labour! great! |

okay, fine american apparel is supporting wages that are suitable, and do not want kids in other countries having to work in sweat shops all the time... how come, though, the store has porno magazines on the counters and near the changing rooms, that is promoting to sell yourself or your body for sex..

| sorry to say, steph, not everyone is into american apparel just because the clothes are made without sweatshops. some of us actually have budgets, and american apparel usually fits into them. these pants are so expensive compared to the usual price range american apparel offers, and i think it's perfectly valid for people to stress out over it. |

| What happened to purple? And what happened to them being in store 2 weeks ago here in London? Oh well, to be honest, they look WAY too baggy, should of got in on the Cheap Monday market except make them tighter, like 80s spray-on tight, we need some of that action at a decent price over here. |

| $30 for jeans? Do you want to walk into a room and see everyone you know wearing the same pants as you? If they were thirty dollars I'm pretty sure that's what would happen. |

| i don't know how much you pay for american apparel in the states, but you can get much cheaper stuff elsewhere on the high street in london. so all i'm saying is, if you aren't shopping american apparel because it doesn't use sweatshops, then you will have no problem with going to h&m... also how do the adverts make me want to sell my body? |

| It'd be nice to see black, even though that is a popular colour for pants. Black would sell more than a mustard yellow. Eggplant would be another hot seller. Also, I agree with a price drop to $50-60. I'm not one to spend $100+ on pants, and usually only spend around $30. I bought these and was told I didn't get my 50% employee discount, which was a bummer. Hopefully, in the future we will be able to use our discount on the final product. |

Molly, there is a black.
"Making our complete color set: Red, Royal, Silver, Asphalt, Creme, Dark Brown, Black, Mustard Yellow, Forest, and Navy."
How does the sizing run? Maybe I missed that. And where can a boy get some in MPLS? The red, dark brown, black, mustard, and royal should be tip-top. |

I never heard about the voting, and I know it's done now, but I really think army green would be awesome and maybe a not just the dark brown, but also a regular/medium brown. I agree with dark purple, like eggplant color. Pinstripes would be fantastic too! I also have a question: is the navy going to end up being the closest thing to a "normal denim color", or are there going to be "normal denim colors" in the future? Ugggghh get them in stores a.s.a.p please!!! I want them now!!!! |
