BARBARA BOXER SENDS LETTER OF THANKS TO AMERICAN APPAREL CEO

Los Angeles (CA)-Dov Charney, the Founder and CEO of American Apparel, received a letter of commendation from California Senator Barbara Boxer. The letter congratulated Charney on his recent inclusion in the Los Angeles Times "West 100" list of the most powerful people in California.

Senator Boxer praised Charney for his leadership and contribution to the state economy, calling his success a "model of responsible ownership." Senator Boxer went on to say that she "marveled" at his "dedication to Californians."
