In Store Merchandiser

Assist lead merchandisers with concepting and executing visual displays in our retail stores. This is a style-based job - experience in retail sales and/or visuals, trend forecasting or fashion styling is great, but an amazing aesthetic sensibility is essential. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and also in a timely manner. Individual can readily accept creative challenges, and meet or exceed all business objectives. Looking for an extremely motivated person that picks up new ideas quickly and can follow procedures given. Applicant must be flexible with on-call scheduling as projects arise.

Specific In-Store merchandising tasks include:

Overall store cleanliness
Store organization
Making sure all packaging is up to date, well maintained and well stocked
Maintaining Visual Merchandise Vouchers and the "Merch List"
Maintaining all POPs, and appropriate placement of POPs
Running reports weekly to optimize store sales through appropriate visual merchandising
Sending in an End of Day (EOD's) report after each shift including pictures of projects completed that day, weekly goals and tasks assigned to staff members. This must be submitted to appropriate visuals    contact(s)
Maintaining mannequins, making sure they are dusted, straight and outfits are up kept; i.e. seasonal appropriateness, optimal placement, and cleanliness
Maintaining an organized fixture and display storage area
Any projects or tasks the Store Manager assigns

Assistant Manager

An assistant manager is a store manager in training, supportive to the store manager with the ability to do all functions, just as a store manager. The assistant manager must be fully trained in all of the same tasks as the store manager, including making store schedules, setting sales goals, interviewing and training new employees, and all other store operations. An assistant manager is also expected to be fully trained in all back stock functions. It is essential that the assistant manager be capable of operating the store should the store manager be absent for any length of time, and that employees feel that they can call upon the assistant manager with any issues that they may have. Flexibility and experience is a must.

Back Stock Associate

Back stock associates are an important part of the retail team. They are responsible for making sure that the sales floor is fully stocked at all times, placing orders for items needed in the store, sending and receiving daily shipments, and aiding the back stock coordinator in any necessary tasks. An ideal back stock associate is extremely organized and capable of working by themselves for extended periods of time. We are looking for someone who is a hard worker and will be passionate about their work and their contributions to the success of their store. Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential and you must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Previous experience in a stock position is recommended, but not necessary.

Back Stock Coordinator

The back stock coordinator is an essential link between the retail stores and our factory in downtown Los Angeles. Daily tasks include making sure product is fully stocked on the floor, placing orders for items needed in the store, receiving and sending out shipments, and managing the entire back stock team. An ideal back stock coordinator has a strong work ethic and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Strong organizational skills are a must as you will be in charge of keeping a neat and orderly stock room as well as maintaining multiple daily reports. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond the tasks requested of them to take a leadership role in the retail store. Store Manager

With solid organizational and communication skills, the store manager is the critical link between the retail field and the corporate head office.

Key Holder

A key holder is the acting member of the management team when the store manager and assistant manager are not in the store. A key holder is trained on all operational functions that the store manager and assistant manager are trained on, including opening and closing the store, administering returns and store credit, setting sales goals, and dividing tasks amongst sales associates. A key holder is expected to be the link between the management team and the sales associates, helping management to accomplish important tasks such as regular store cleanings, merchandising, and motivating employees on the sales floor to help exceed goals. An ideal key holder is hardworking, a quick thinker, and friendly with excellent customer service skills. Previous retail experience is necessary for this position.
